Who provides the service

The FAiR service is provided by FAiR Social S.r.l., via Esempio 1, 20121 Milan (MI), Italy — VAT number IT00000000000. By signing up and using FAiR you accept these terms.

What FAiR is

FAiR is a social app for information on financial markets: it lets you follow assets and profiles, publish content, open simulated trades and consult news, data and statistics.

FAiR does not provide financial advice or personalised recommendations and does not provide investment or brokerage services. Content, including automatically generated content, is for information only. Trades are simulated and involve no real money.

Who can sign up

You must be at least sixteen years old to sign up. By providing your year of birth you declare that it is accurate.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity carried out with your account.
• Usernames must be 3 to 20 characters long, using letters, numbers and underscores, and may not impersonate other people or organisations.
• A username may be assigned to a verified company profile, or to a public figure who proves ownership of their official profiles on other social networks; in that case the user who had it is notified and given a different username. Usernames reserved before launch are subject to the same rule.
• You can delete your account at any time from the settings.

Content rules

The use of FAiR is subject to the community guidelines, which form part of these terms. In case of violation, FAiR may remove content, suspend publishing or close the account.

The content you publish

The content you publish remains yours. By publishing it you grant FAiR a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, translate and distribute it within the service, for as long as it remains published.

You can delete posts at any time. Trades cannot be deleted: they remain in the profile's history and, if the account is deleted, their results remain in anonymous form.

You are responsible for what you publish, including respect for the rights of others.

FAiR Plus

• FAiR Plus is a monthly or yearly subscription that extends certain features. Prices and content are shown on the FAiR Plus page.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled.
• It can be cancelled at any time from the Account area of the website, with effect at the end of the paid period.
• If a renewal fails, access remains active for seven days, after which FAiR Plus features are suspended.
• Consumers may exercise the right of withdrawal in the cases and within the terms provided by law.

Creator subscriptions

The creator programme, opening soon, will allow approved creators to offer a monthly subscription to their premium content. Creators receive 80% of the price; the terms are set out on the programme page.

Company profiles

Companies may request a verified profile. Verification is free of charge; the profile is activated with the dedicated plan. Company profiles are subject to the limitations described on the dedicated page, and the company's ticker does not appear on the profile.

Sponsored content

Sponsored content may appear on FAiR, purchased by companies and other parties that are not users of the platform. It is always marked with the "Sponsored" label and appears in the feed, in Media and among stories, in limited numbers.

Sponsored content is not personalised: it is shown to all adults for the duration of the campaign, regardless of the content you follow, your activity or your profile. The advertiser may limit the campaign to certain countries or an age range. It is never shown to people under eighteen.

Sponsored content is never a recommendation by FAiR nor an invitation to buy or sell. Financial products carry the advertiser's risk warning; the advertiser remains solely responsible for the content and for the page it links to.

Suspension and closure of your account

FAiR may suspend publishing or close an account in case of violation of these terms or of the community guidelines, stating the reason. Anyone who believes the decision is wrong can ask for a review through support.

Limitation of liability

FAiR is provided as is. Data, prices and news come from external sources and may contain errors, delays or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, FAiR is not liable for investment decisions made on the basis of the service's content, nor for content published by users or advertisers.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile have jurisdiction; the mandatory protections provided by the law of the country of residence remain unaffected.

In case of significant changes, the updated terms will be published on this page and communicated in the app before they take effect.
